Our Full Home Clear-Out service is designed for vacant or non-occupied homes that need to be completely emptied. We manage the entire process from start to finish, clearing the home and handling all contents. For this service we do not work side-by-side with clients to sort items. Instead, we follow a clear plan and handle the project on your behalf.
Many of our projects are completed for out-of-state clients, with updates provided throughout so you don’t need to be onsite. The end result is a fully cleared home, ready for its next step.
How it Works:

We walk the property to evaluate the project and gather details for your estimate. This is not a working session — it’s strictly for assessment. There is no fee for this visit, and your estimate is provided within a few days. You can reach out via our contact page to get a walkthrough scheduled.

Once the project begins, our team manages the clear-out from start to finish based on the agreed plan. We systematically clear the home’s contents, separating items to sell, donate, or remove. When selling furniture is appropriate, we identify marketable items and handle the selling process from start to finish. Donations and trash are coordinated so the project continues to move forward efficiently.

If the family has identified items to keep ahead of time, we can pack those items and coordinate shipping if needed.
If additional items are found during the clear-out that may be important, we set them aside and confirm before including them.
This is limited to select items and is not a full packing service.

Any items the family knows they want to keep should be removed prior to our start date. If there are specific items you would like us to watch for, we can do that as part of the process.

Clear-outs are billed at an hourly rate. After the initial walk through, a cost estimate can be provided based on the scope of the project, volume of contents, and whether additional services such as roll-off dumpsters or dump runs are needed.
