Full Home Clear-Outs

(Vacant or Non-Occupied Homes)

Get the House Empty

Our Full Home Clear-Out service is designed for vacant or non-occupied homes that need to be completely emptied. We manage the entire process from start to finish, clearing the home and handling all contents. For this service we do not work side-by-side with clients to sort items. Instead, we follow a clear plan and handle the project on your behalf.

Many of our projects are completed for out-of-state clients, with updates provided throughout so you don’t need to be onsite. The end result is a fully cleared home, ready for its next step.

Words From Past Clients

  • A thoughtful, seamless clear-out from start to finish

Teri and her team truly were miracle workers. They efficiently and respectfully sorted, saved, donated, and cleared out my parents’ three-story home and all outbuildings—an overwhelming and emotional task our family could not have handled alone. Teri walked the property, created a clear plan with a detailed timeline and budget, and communicated consistently throughout the entire process.

Family requests for specific items were honored, forgotten items were thoughtfully brought to our attention, and donations were handled exactly as we requested—aligned with our late father’s wishes to give rather than sell. What we dreaded became a seamless, smooth, and surprisingly painless closing of a chapter. We are deeply grateful—Julie Wilson (Palmer)

  • Trusted help when family homes need to be cleared

Teri is amazing - just hire her!!
Teri worked with my father and stepmother to clear out their house and get it ready to sell. My father has lived in the house for over 40 years - so there was A LOT!
She was incredibly patient and stayed on track - despite things taking longer than originally anticipated. I don't live in the same state and was impressed at how communicative Teri was, keeping me updated on the progress and how she navigated unforeseen challenges along the way. We worked closely together at the end to finish the project. It was the best money spent. If you or a family member need help clearing out a home, don't hesitate - just call her.—Kerri Albright (Anchorage)

  • From 60 years of stuff to market-ready

I can highly recommend Teri and her crew for any declutter, organizing, or a complete clean out project. Teri helped my sister and I clean out 60 years worth of “stuff” in order to get our Dad’s house ready to put on the market. Her organizational skills and efficiency made our chore so much easier than we expected. I don’t know what not know how we would have handled everything without her and her crew. Highly recommend Teri !!—Sharon McCracken (Anchorage)

  • Expert help—even from miles away

I am incredibly grateful for Teri’s support during my parents’ relocation from Anchorage. Living in Virginia, I knew I couldn’t manage the clear-out in person, and Teri truly was a lifesaver. She listened carefully, created a clear plan, and remained flexible as unexpected changes came up—including taking on the full clear-out of the home in preparation for sale.

Teri showed remarkable patience and respect while helping our family sort through what mattered most. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm approach made a stressful situation manageable. She also helped sell items quickly while keeping everything on schedule. Thanks to Teri, my parents’ relocation stayed on track, and I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without her.—Alysia Janeway

  • From Overwhelmed to Ready to Move

I lived in my house for 36 years and raised five kids there, so you can imagine how much stuff had accumulated. I became completely overwhelmed trying to sort through everything on my own. Teri came in, made a clear plan, and in just two days of sorting and one day of packing, it was done. What a relief. It would have taken me forever by myself. —Nancy Murphy Kruse (Anchorage)

  • Trusted support for families managing from afar

Declutter to Move did an A++ job helping our family that lives out of state with sorting, selling, donating, packing and shipping for a home my mother lived in for almost 25 years. The owner, Teri, is a top notch organizing professional, and I have worked with two others in another state that were not as efficient and knowledgeable. She sold everything we listed through her services, and our things arrived to us professionally packed (no breakage). Teri is also easy to communicate with and made herself available via text, phone and email. I can't recommend her services enough. —Jill Gartman (Anchorage)
