How it Works:
-
We start with an in person consultation to review the items you want to sell. We’ll determine what is appropriate for resale, discuss pricing expectations, and go over the process so everyone is clear before moving forward. Consultation fee $50.
-
Before photos are taken, items must be emptied of contents and cleaned by the client. Once ready, I photograph the items and gather the necessary details for listing. No fee for this photo session.
-
We research pricing, write descriptions, create and post the listings, and manage all inquiries. We communicate with buyers, coordinate showings, and handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to deal with messages or scheduling.
-
In most cases, the buyer pays the client directly at the time of pickup. Our sales commission is added to your invoice. Buyers typically meet the seller at the home unless otherwise arranged.
Sales Commission
• $100–$600: 40%
• $601–$1,000: 25%
• $1,001–$9,999: 15%
• $10,000+: 5% or a maximum of $500 per itemItems sold under $100 are subject to a $40 minimum commission.

Made Money on Items I Would Have Given Away
Moving is stressful, especially when preparing for an out-of-state move. I needed help organizing and decluttering, and Teri was invaluable throughout the process.
She advertised multiple items for sale on various websites with great success and helped me make money where I would have otherwise lost it. Teri handled the selling process professionally and efficiently, which made a huge difference during an already overwhelming time.
I highly recommend her if you have items to sell, are planning a move, or need help getting organized.

Professional selling that removes the stress
Teri did an awesome job for us. We were tasked with clearing my parents’ estate, and there was so much clutter we didn’t know where to start. Teri saved us an incredible amount of time and worry by bringing organization, focus, and a clear plan to the entire process.
Her skills at pricing items, screening buyers, and coordinating the sales were outstanding. She handled all transactions smoothly and professionally, making what felt overwhelming completely manageable. We would absolutely use her services again and will gladly refer others to her.

Sold in Less Than a Week — Without Dealing With Buyers
Teri Webster was an absolute delight to work with and got all of our items sold in less than a week. Being retired seniors who value our privacy and freedom from social media, Teri’s business model was a no-brainer for us.
Not having to deal with researching values, setting prices, responding to inquiries, or coordinating appointments was well worth the investment. We highly recommend Teri for anyone who values their time, privacy, and working with a true professional.
We plan to keep Teri in our “back pocket” for future household organization, estate downsizing, and moving.

Priced Correctly and Sold for More Than Expected
Teri manages to get a lot of people looking at what she sells. She helped me price my items correctly, which brought in more than I could have gotten on my own — and more than covered her commission.
She also screened potential buyers, which was especially welcome for me as a single person.
I would highly recommend her assistance when you are getting ready to move.

Furniture Sold Quickly and Professionally
Teri was a lifesaver. I surely would have lost my mind without her services and support. She helped me sell ALL of my furniture and pack and organize my boxes before my move to the Lower 48.
I had a very expensive bone china set that made it from Alaska to Florida without a single scratch. Teri was always professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable about what could sell and for how much in the current market.
If I could give her more stars, I would. She is excellent and completely trustworthy.

From Household Items to Profit
Teri was very helpful in getting my house and garage organized. She then posted the items I wanted to sell, handled the calls, and scheduled buyers.
Everything sold, and we both made a good profit. I was very pleased with the entire process.
